Sorry this is going to be long.. but worth the read!! I come to this whataburger at least twice a month and regret it everytime. If there was another closer to my home I would go to it. On this night, I had to wait to pay because the checker was flirting and playing with another worker instead of ringing me out.. then I moved up to the next window where they read my order back (and I can see my drinks) and tell me to move forward without anything given to me. Then about 6 mins go by and someone brings out my drinks and i asked about the food and they say its coming. They neglect to give me straws. Then after waiting 20 mins and watching 8 cars pass me I decide to park and go in. I explain to the women at the counter that i have been waiting and she rudely asked me "well where did you go?" And when I mentioned I pulled up like being told she rolls her eyes and starts trying to figure out where my food was. She asked me for my ticket which I did not get and then loudly mentions to others that I do not have one to check... finds my food (which was missing items that I noticed before leaving). She did apologize at least twice and I mentioned to let her manager know how long I waited and she sighed and said "I can get her but she's busy" which I replied no to. And to top it off when it get home, the fries were rock hard and cold, and my son's food was all cold. Not happy about service or food.. definitely the last time I go to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI come to this location a LOT, at least once every other day (I know, I'm an addict) and the staff is friendly and my order is almost never messed up. However, I just went there again (4.8.18 around 5:30pm) and this woman working in the drive through (whom I have not met before) was extremely rude to me about the way I ordered my food. It's possible she was having a bad day, and I even apologized and explained that I always order the same thing the same way, and that I didn't realize I was causing any problem. No one had ever told me before. She continued to be rude to me and snap at me. When I asked how I SHOULD order next time, she was spiteful about it, and talked to me as if I were stupid. The general energy I was sensing from inside was stressful, though they were not busy. In fact, this woman even said "this is okay THIS time, because we aren't very busy." As I said, I'm a fairly regular customer, but this was not the usual time of day I visit. I don't intend to visit again any time soon at this time during this shift, either. Also (unbeknownst to this lady) I worked as a cashier in the restaurant biz for about 2 years. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was holding off on doing my second review for this store since last time I got compensated for my food being wrong but at this point Iāll never do business with this store EVER. Since my last complaint, Iāve gotten unsweetened tea when Iāve order sweet, old and cold fries. and last night I got regular gravy when I ordered sausage! And itās ALWAYS MY FAULT because itās not on their side of the ticket but itās always on my receipt! Last night I went back through the drive thru to get my gravy I requested and the MANAGER of the store was talking about me while she was making my food and kept saying āit wasnāt on the ticketā but when I tried to show her my online receipt she didnāt want to see and thatās when I made up my mind that I was done. Something about this locations program or computers that isnāt working or they just simply donāt care. Either way they just lost TWO loyal customers because of their poor customer service. Also I wanted to mention that I got no picante sauce like I asked for, no utensils to eat with my biscuit and gravy, and no napkins. I stopped by the Whataburger on Broadway this morning and I got EXACTLY ALL OF THOSE THINGS WITH MY SAUSAGE GRAVY! And a smile to seal it all together. Do better or donāt...
