Currently sitting in another audio shop getting my line out converter replaced for the 3rd time. Outcast did not wire it correctly. I was also sold a cracked box they colored in with sharpie thinking I wouldn’t notice. Not to mention, when I was getting my box replaced, they pulled my subs out that Dustin sold me and one of them is used. I was charged for 2 new subs. One of them is actually rebuilt. Paint was horribly faded. Absolutely ridiculous. Used painted decking screws and at that, 6 of the 8 were screwed in. Charged me a lot of money to do a half-ass job....

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dustin and April were more than helpful when it came to finding the perfect system for my Camaro. They even left a nice touch and installed pink and purple wiring 🩷 Price was comparable to other competitors but the customer Service was unparalleled to anyone else. They made sure I knew exactly how everything worked before I left the shop. They take great pride in the work they do and it shows!!!
