Los Gueros (on the corner of Vine and Lindsey) is my favorite for breakfast tacos. Pictured on the left is the chorizo egg taco and on the right is a spicy potato, egg, and bean taco. Both on grilled flour tortillas. That's morita sauce over the top of the one on the right. Folks, there are (at least) two awesome things going on here! The first is that they have amazing beans that you pay a little bit for and they're all you can eat. The other thing is they have a salsa bar! This is an amazing selection of sauces, including five or six different self-yourself salsas. To my knowledge is the only Morita sauce in town, and you can buy any of their salsas to go! I'm also pretty crazy about their posole (see image) and their puerco guisado is some of the best I’ve had! And their enchilada plates have all the trimmings and they are very filling. Awesome! 5 stars!

Being from out of town... recently moved from Houston. We've been on the look out for an 'AUTHENTIC' Mexican breakfast... as it promises. We hopped in for breakfast to try their Huevos Rancheros. You order at the counter, pay, grab your drinks and have a seat. Ordered 2 plates of Huevos Rancheros add bacon to both. One water and one coffee... $28 was a bit pricey for breakfast for two. Once we received our order... we were a bit disappointed. No REAL papas (potatoes)! Served with crinkle cut fries?... Authentic? Where? The tortillas didn't even taste AUTHENTIC? The food we were served tasted ok, but faaarrrrr from authentic as it claims. Reason for the 3 Stars... we will NOT be back! If I wanted crinkle cut fries, could have pulled that outta my freezer at home.

First time here. Ordered beef fajitas. The meat looks and tasted, dry, stale, chewy. Could not even swallow it. Did not try the beans or rice on the plate after that and threw everything away. Four star places do not usually disappoint but for that $15+ price and that kind of food. I will not be back.

After going to the Caldwell Zoo, we went to Los Gueros Taqueria on a whim. Best decision ever. Coming from Dallas where we have been searching for the best authentic tacos, our search has ended at Los Gueros Taqueria.

We ordered the Saturday special, Tacos Al Pastor. The owners are from Monterrey and the seasoning was on point. If you're familiar with Trompo tacos then you're going to love these.

The restaurant is very colorful and is unfortunately off some small roads. It was a beautiful day when we went and they had ample outdoor seating. Unlike most restaurants in general the eating areas and their facilities were extremely clean.

Overall, great place and so far great food. When we go back to Tyler we're definitely coming back to Los...
