Officer Gonzales Badge C75 is extremely rude & unprofessional. When my co-driver entered the weigh station, he followed the lanes that were for empty trailers and the officer stopped him and asked “Do you know what a red light is? In an aggressive manner.” My co-driver responded saying yes and was in the middle of trying to state that he was just following the signs but Officer Gonzales interrupted saying “Follow the lights, dont you see where the other trucks are going?”. Officer took my codrivers license and DEMANDED he go around to re-scale. As my co-driver proceeded onto the scale, the officer put up a red light, came out and handed my co-drivers license back. He then asked if he needed anything and my codriver asked for the officers name. Officer Gonzales then became frustrated and told my codriver his name and proceeded to aggressively say “ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH” my codriver then asked for his supervisors name, offericer did the same thing again, gave the name and asked if he could help with anything else before my codriver could even finish asking questions. Codriver eventually got Officers Name, Badge Number, Supervisor Name & asked for the Supervisors number but the officer did not know it. Before my codriver pulled off the scale, Officer Gonzales said “I’m sorry your feelings got hurt!” And walked off.
This behavior is unacceptable from an officer and we have never had to deal with that kind of treatment from any of the 48 states and many weigh stations we have traveled through/visited. There needs to be retraining & some sort of disciplinary action against this officer for the emotional distress...
Read moreThese unprofessional people had me wait ten hours to drive a semi truck, without sleep, because they broke my log book!! They are total liars and cons in here!
I’m going to be driving at 3:00am because of a these Nazis, this is what causes accidents! Albert Otivos is the biggest liar. He had my log book and saw the data than lied about after he logged in and out after it crashed and then bullied me, pretending there isn’t an fmcsa regulation that handles malfunctions. I’m not going to stop at this scale again.. and if Albert comes near me again I’m calling the cops. He needs to be fired! I might sue him for slander or liable, it’s not ok to lie.
On top of that he said a side rail was bad and a pitman arm. All which I now have documentation from a technician that he’s full of it. And he said I didn’t have my dot card because my time was up for the inspection. There is no time limit on inspections… this guy really...
Read moreAbsence of logical thinking detected... If I haul piece of road equipment on top of my trailer and that piece has GVWR sticker 24000lb it doesn’t mean that piece weight is 24000lb especially if you have own scales right at port of entry to see actual numbers. Whole load was 18000lb minus 2-3000lb crates. 4 chains was absolutely enough. Now I have to spend my time to get rid of that unnecessary OOS violation, which is probably not going to be removed. Its the same situation as if I will put empty box truck on my stepdeck with 24000lb sticker on the door. It feels like no matter how hard you are trying to follow the rules, those guys will screw your company record anyway just for fun...
