I wash out my trailer, and they still claim that it has a strong odor. There wasn't any oder because I had my open all night, and they did see that !!! When i told i to wash out my trailer again, they said that it doesn't matter how many time i wash it out they weren't going to load me, and told the broker that my trailer is rejected !! They were trained on detecting oder and that their chocolates is very sensitive, the funny part you can actually smell the chocolates out side there warehouses. To me, this company just didn't want to load my company. Yes, there are certain companies that will do that, and they won't load they have particular and favorite carriers.. it's funny to me that they claim that they can smell like a Kaine. Maybe the local law enforcement should hire...

I work as truck driver and i see that pickup service is not good at all no answer they give you door and forget you more hours no body want answer bad experience and they close at 3:30 h pm and people...

Love this place, has hauled some chocolate for them always...
