I bought new windows for a new construction house. The windows allow water from the track to leak into the interior of the house. I understand that products can be defective. I started a claim and I CANNOT get anyone to talk to me. Verified claim. No contact. It is not possible for me to be more frustrated!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! When our builder began the installation of our windows, which had been delivered the week before... they discovered one that had a cracked frame which likely occurred during or prior to delivery. When I contacted Cascade Lumber (Who we purchased the windows through) I was told that any issues had to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Neither Cascade or Prime Windows would remedy the situation, and basically blamed the damage on us. REALLY? What a poor introduction I received after spending $13k on windows. Portland OR homeowner with builder installed windows by Prime. Love the technician/installer Jesse who has installed several windows under warranty - responsive and thorough. Calling office to request an evaluation of a warranty issue is unsatisfactory as this last time I left messages from 5/31 - 6/10 with no callback. Finally able to reach the rep on 6/13.
