Super upset… last time I’m buying here, I bought a raw 4/130 Charizard which cost me $165 only to find out next day the card is modified, there was blue ink pen all over behind the card edges covering the white edges around the card, called them to let them know about the whole situation because I live 1 hour away from Yakima, told them I used an ear swab around the corner of the card to check the card and that’s how I found out the card had blue ink, then the guy on the phone told me that he is the one that evaluates the cards and if I used a swab or something around the card that could have done some damage to the card and more likely no refund. Obviously this guy that supposedly evaluates the cards is a total dumb* and doesn’t even know how to evaluate them, at the end of all this it’s my word against them pretty much. I told him I will keep the card but they need to do better making sure they are selling the right things to customers because they are going to get in a big trouble because of stuff like this. The run around. Took approximately 40 vintage holographic Pokemon cards. Make a little extra for our vacation. Trenton meticulously valued them. 40 minutes we waited. Made us an offer. Went in to trade some cards from the PC for store credit, waited around about 10-15min to look up comps. They were interested in 12 cards & made an offer for cash or store credit.
