Panaderia Aguililla — Restaurant in Union Gap

ON January 26th a rep came from this company and sold us 10 cemas, he had told us with confidence that he would return every 2 weeks to replace any product that had not sold free of charge. as you can see today's date i still have the same ones that were originally sold to me..and they have gone bad.. i called one week ago and was told by a man that they would send someone to resolve the issues...another week goes by and I call and the man that came and sold me the cemas was the one who answered and he claims the reason he hasn't came in 1 month is because of weather...? that's a weak excuse for a vendor. To be honest i was quite disappointed with the quality of their service to us. I proceeded to ask when he would be able to come exchange the product and he could not give me an answer. he said "whenever the weather gets better"..and i asked him "so basically it could be another 3 weeks?" and he replied "yes" like if it wasn't a big deal the fact that we have already been waiting almost 1 month for him to return... So i just told him that we were cancelling our service with them because they failed to comply with the circumstances that were stated upon initiating our service. which seemed to not bother him what so ever.! so not only did they fail to provide decent customer service they also failed as vendors in general becasue they did not come or even try to arrange any options with me about my issue nor did they call and/or tell me from the get go that weather was an issue for them as vendors. so ultimately the i would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. unless they could go pick their product up themselves instead of being left in the dark like i was.. not knowing when i would be reimbursed...

Went specifically for the conchas and wasn't disappointed. They were SO DELICIOUS. I haven't had a fresh concha in over 15 years and it was just as amazing as I remember. I would go back often but it was a 4 hour drive to get there. Excited to go back...
