Purchased 10 items. One was a pillow that turned out not to be on the box. The box had been refilled with someone else’s old used pillow, plus some other debris. Contacted with photos within a few hours of purchase and was offered no resolution. Pressed the issue and was told I could return the one item only if I returned all the items I purchased. I agreed pending I had given a couple as a gift already (they were children’s toys, and it had been 2 days past purchase at this point), but brought in all the rest with receipt. Was again denied return because I didn’t have ALL the items (which he was well aware of before I came in). I offered to accept exchange or store credit and was denied. Employee actually tried to suggest I was the one trying to screw THEM, then blamed it on the other customers, suggesting one of them might have swapped the items out and repackaged it right there in the store (absurd). I can understand a no returns policy to a point; one of the other items I purchased was missing pieces and I didn’t even bring that up because those are the types of things that would more so be expected from a liquidation store to me. But a no returns policy doesn’t work when there’s nothing to return - being sold a box of garbage would seem to be a clear exception. I have filled a claim with my bank, and in the meantime buyer beware. The stuff on the tables might be cheap, but some of the other stuff runs into the hundreds of dollars, and the owner has just proven that any of those packages could be full of trash and he would cheerfully stick you. The fact that there are issues with 2 items out of the 10 I bought suggests a 20% chance you’re spending money on a package that will end up in...

Read moreI love this place! If you're looking for a place that has stuff you never knew you wanted until you see it.But be warned that you will find many items you must have ( especially on $12 & $10 days ) and deciding what to get and what to put back is as hard as deciding on the perfect dress for Prom lol. The price goes down everyday until Wednesday when everything is $1. You never know what you're gonna find in there so advice is pack a lunch ( you're gonna wanna look at everything ) and make sure you grab a cart. Only downside I come across other than deciding on what my final choices are is finding a cart because they don't have enough. I highly recommend this place, it is an adventure forsure and full of treasures enjoy and...
