Renters beware!!! Be very careful, if your going to look at a unit at this place make sure you video tape and you get the correct unit you were shown. My daughter was shown a unit and on move in day they were given a unit that they never even saw or wanted!! After a few conversations with management they were told they could move into another unit on Monday, Once they realized they made a mistake on giving them that unit, I know this because I was helping them move in and heard the conversation on speaker phone . By Monday they took back admitting that they were wrong and the property owner, decided they we’re going to take back what they said about being able to move into another unit. Once again told my daughter more incorrect information. The corporate office manger told me that she was told that the woman they hired to show the apartments said my daughter and her boyfriend told her they wanted to live by the dumpster? Really ?? So know they are stuck on in a one year lease for a apartment they never saw which is directly in front of a restaurant with multiple dumpsters and next to all the unit dumpsters with a huge electric post. I wish I could post photos to show,, I feel horrible for my daughter she is working so hard to pay for this apartment and has been lied too and miss treated by management,, I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else, so please take a video when your shown a unit!! She has photos of the apartment that was shown to her but they claim she saw many apartment units and she chosen this one. Which is another lie she was shown one unit only!! I never comment on business because I own multiple business and it’s upsetting to get bad reviews but I feel this is...
Read moreI would give no stars if I could. The communication process has been awful BUT they advocate animal abuse. They make you declaw your cat. That is abuse. I would not live here if it were free for life. To reply to the "owner" in the lease document I received without ever having anyone actually call me and talk to me it states if I don't declaw my cat I will be charge one full month's rent versus the lower deposit. This is taken from the Pet Addendum: ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord an additional security deposit of $300.00. (See attached Fee Schedule for additional Pet Security Deposit charge, and, if applicable, Pet Security Deposit - Additional Fee for Dogs Under 1 Year-Old charge, and/or, if applicable, Pet Security Deposit - Additional Fee for Cats Not Declawed charge.) The Additional Security Deposit of shall be held, treated, and refunded in the same manner as Tenant’s general security deposit as provided for in Section 1.5 of the Lease Contract (without regard to whether the Permitted Pet currently resides in...
Read moreLiving at the Granary Townhomes has been one of the best choices I made. Everything is up to date! The counter and appliances are super nice. Walls are great as I hardly hear my neighbors. The garage is a nice touch and I'm glad I have one. If it was connected to my unit that would be awesome, but I'm happy just to have one. The fitness room is ok, but nothing special. Staff is super friendly and helpful with every interaction I've had. If you have the chance to move to Granary, I'd say...
