Do not bring your radio here!!!! I dropped my Stryker 447 off for some repairs and they had it for 3.5 months. First off they blew the finals that didn't have any issues. They told me they would not charge me for that and they have ordered new ones from Stryker. I called at least a dozen times in the 3.5 months they had it and was always told that the parts had not arrived yet. I asked multiple times how much the repair bill would be and was told multiple times between 30 and 35 dollars. I went by today to check on it and was told the parts never arrived and they " ROBBED" parts from another radio they had in the store for awhile that someone didn't pick up. So this means my radio has used parts in it and when I asked what kind of radio they wouldn't tell me. To top it all off they wanted me to pay them 95 dollars for the repair. I told them that i was told several times it would be only 30 to 35 dollars. Of course they argued that. Recently bought a used truck with a Cobra LTD Classic in it. I was having issues and wanted to upgrade a little bit. After a month or so of research I set up an appointment to bring my truck in and have equipment installed. On arrival Joshua and Joe were extremely helpful. Telling them what I wanted and after Joshua looked over my truck he suggested to not get a “big radio” (I wanted something with crazy power). As disappointing as that was I appreciated the honesty and reasons as to why it wasn’t a good truck to uninstall coax and power and reinstall bigger lines. He got me hooked up with a Galaxy 66V3. He encountered a few problems during installation and got everything fixed up and taught me a few things a long the way. My intention was to go in and buy a $600+ radio, and he could have sold that to me, but he talked about my needs vs. wants and it didn’t make sense. I came in here this week to have a CB radio that I bought online installed with an antenna. I was really impressed with their service in that I called the week before and ask for a morning appointment. They told me they don't normally don't do installs in the morning. They took my name and number and called me back a day later and told me that they could make a exception and schedule me for a morning appointment. I was impressed that they just called me back which most companies don't do these days. But I was more impressed that they worked around my schedule.
