I love Sbarros pizza but their service is aweful. I called in my order ahead of time. When we got there my husband went in to pick it up. They told him that they never received the order. So whoever took my phone call did not put my order in. They told him it was going to be 30 more minutes and they would give him a discount. He advised them he didn't want to wait any longer and came back out to car. Well we decided to go ahead and order. I went back in and advised we wanted to go ahead and order, but of course I had questions as to why my order was not put in, in the first place. The lady at the counter was trying to explain but I have hearing loss and couldn't her between all the noise and her chomping on her gum at the same time so she moved closer. Need to say, I wasn't happy about her or my order not getting put in. Especially when they acted liked they really didn't care in the first place. So when my husband goes back to get the pizza the second time they give him the total. He said that the other lady was going to give him a discount. The employees reply was "why should you get a discount when your wife was rude to the other employee". REALLY... I WAS UPSET BECAUSE MY ORDER WAS NOT PUT IN AND NOBODY CARED". I can't believe that came out of her mouth. What happen to Customer Service. Nobody cares anymore. Read moreI am currently at the Sbarro store # 04738 located at 10679 Lancaster Rd., Hebron, OH 43025. I was waited on by a gentleman named Vic who was very nice & polite. They were out of pepperoni pizza which was no big deal (we also ordered other items), we said we’d wait on it as a part of our order. I went to pay a lady who I presume is named Michelle (my receipt lists “Michelle” as the host; she didn’t have a name tag on, just a plain black, non-Sbarro shirt; she was an older lady with grey hair, a fuller build, & around 5 ft tall—sorry for the physical description, I don’t know what her name is so that’s what I got) who was BEYOND rude to the point my younger daughter even noticed. She then proceeded to go over to Vic to say that “she (referring to me) has about one more time to be rude to me today because I ain’t the one.” Then when we sat to wait on the pepperoni pizza, she proceeded to speak to Vic very loudly about me. I’m baffled by the fact the person being rude to me was calling me rude & by the egregious customer service experience. After I went to ask the gentleman his name, I thanked him for being polite & let him know I would be contacting someone about my experience. Read moreI’m pretty sure I had a newbie make my whole pizza as all the dough was moved to the crust, I barely tasted any marinara sauce (he could have forgot to add it on as I didn’t see any red sauce on my slice). When I went to grab my pizza slice the center dough was SO THIN it broke off halfway down my pizza and was stuck to the box. This TA gas station Sbarro is punishing you for ordering an ENTIRE WHOLE pizza instead of just 1 slice. I promise you, do not get a whole pizza ever - only the slices you can SEE when ordering because they will screw you over to ensure you ONLY order by the slice from here on forward. They DO NOT want to make an entire pizza for you EVER and this is the THIRD time this has happened so I am not giving them anymore of my money unless I see the slice of pizza.
