Saturday, September 4, 2025, at 9:42 PM, order 965 for $40. I ordered wings and 16 mixed pieces of chicken, and I kindly asked if they could change some of the 7 pieces of chicken that were smaller than the wings (I had never received such small pieces before). The seller responded with a bad attitude that that's how they come, so I asked for the supervisor. I explained that I had a family dinner where each of us would get a piece of chicken and that I am a frequent customer every month because we love Popeyes, but it was the first time we received such small pieces. She replied that that's how they came, even though I pointed out that if she could change them for some larger ones that were visibly on the counter, and she kept telling me with a bad attitude that that's how they come and that's how the order is. I asked her why she had a bad attitude with me when I was asking politely and respectfully, and she continued with her sarcasm and unpleasant gestures, raising her voice at me. I made my complaint, telling her that she was disrespectful and providing bad service. She started yelling at me, and I made the mistake of yelling back, asking for her name to leave feedback, and she simply told me to leave and went to the kitchen yelling. There are people who unfortunately work upset, and they treat customers the same way, providing a terrible experience. I will not return; employers should consider hiring employees who are passionate about customer service more than...
Read morePopeyes accepted my DoorDash order at 9pm, an hour before close (ordered 8 chicken tenders, Mac n cheese, and fries). My DoorDasher got there at 9:45 to pick up the order and they told her they were out of chicken tenders. No big deal, I said sandwiches or nuggets would be fine. The Popeyes employee then said "Well we can't do that it's a price difference" (even though the tenders are more expensive than 2 sandwiches on their menu) and at this point we were just hungry so I said "Okay can we just get 1 sandwich then?" To which she said "Oh no actually our fryers are shut down for the night we can't make you anything" So completely different story? Also if your fryers were down for the night why not say that an HOUR ago when you accepted the order? I'm not a Karen and have worked many food service jobs but this was ridiculous customer service. They didn't even offer to send us our sides or maybe some extra sides instead of chicken. We didn't even really get a choice other than to cancel the entire order. This is the second time we've ordered from this location and they've been out of something (again no big deal) but last time they didn't even bother to say they were out until the food was delivered, no substitutions provided. Now after getting home from a long day and waiting an hour for food, we have to wait another hour+ to get food from...
Read moreWaited forever to get waited on. Then we were told that two menu items we wanted weâd have to wait on. Got to our truck and my sandwich was COVERED in grease AND mayonnaise. The sandwich was dripping grease out of it. Funny thing about the pickles youâre supposed to get on your sandwich is, I reckon, it just gets thrown in the bag as an afterthought and itâs covered in mayonnaise too. The sandwich was handed to my husband and in less than 6 minutes it was a pitiful soggy mess. I tried to salvage the extremely small piece of chicken from the mess he was sent out the door with but it was so greasy and the breading that was left on it was so gross and waterlogged so I just couldnât eat it. I took my napkin and tried to scrap it off because I was hungry and I was already on the road so I just trashed the whole mess. We are on a time limit so we couldnât turn around. It was almost $9 and I canât for the life of me understand how they could have sold it to someone in good faith after they paid $9 for a mayonnaise grease dripping covered small tender (itâs not a piece of chicken big enough for a sandwich) and two greasy pieces of bread. I love Popeyes but Iâll never eat at this restaurant again. PS clean your dining room. Fix your tea station. Clean up your condiments area. Everything is covered in something. Must be how yâall do everything...
