I wanted to extend a very special thank you to those at the shop who spent so much time with me and did so very patiently. From the lovely lady who helped me hand pick each individual specialty flower to achieve the color scheme I wanted; to the incredibly talented individuals who created the absolutely gorgeous spray to adorn my mother’s casket along with the coordinating urns of.cascading flowers. Thank you for your exceptional work! The finished products were everything I wanted and more! Each piece designed for my mother was exquisite, down to every last detail I requested. I could not have been more pleased. People in attendance commented on the exceptional floral designs. They were breathtaking! Just what my mother would have wanted. I also was pleasantly surprised to receive a beautiful vase floral arrangement from the shop itself, such a lovely touch. Neubauer's is so accommodating to their clients. They make you feel at home, allowing access to the coolers to make selections. Their selection of flowers to choose from is especially extensive. And if they don’t have what you want in the upstairs cooler, they go downstairs to find it for you. So I visited this place in the summer to get a vision and estimate for my wedding this fall. Face to face their customer service was great, or so it seemed. Their follow up was non existent. I sent their forms over immediately and told them what we wanted . Never received any estimates or follow ups. The point of the estimate and services was to compare to other shops and see which worked best for us and with us. We were told multiple times “we still hAve time “ well guess what, theee days before the wedding and we still never were followed up with ! Last time we spoke we were told they’d be emailing us the estimate and flower ideas and guess what still never received it. We went with a local smaller shop amwhizw customer service attitude and skills blows it away! In a way I’m happy we were kicked to the side by neubauers since it ended up working out better for us. Would never recommend a place like this where I guess we weren’t important enough for them to call back or send an email or put together our design like we were so promised...

Got my wife flowers for her birthday. The girl at the counter seemed angry I was there to pick them up. She wrapped them on a back table. When I got home and took the wrap off the flowers were already dying and wilted. I wasn’t going to drive all the way back to uniontown and calling felt like it wouldn’t get me anywhere based on the girl at the front. I just took the loss of the over priced garbage flowers and won’t return. I have flowers from target that look better and are lasting longer. Bad flowers and bad service. Edit Never received any kind of word from them to offer an apology for the crumby service. Funny how they get on here and thank people for good reviews, but won’t even acknowledge my review.
