One woman (who makes sandwiches at times) always gives my aunt a bad time! She even expressed that to my aunt to the point I wanted to know what she looks like. Just when I thought she couldn’t be more unprofessional though I walk in to see she is stuffing her face and getting ice at the same time! Mind you she JUST checked my aunt out and was rude to a visibly older man 👴🏾 and wouldn’t sell him beer because he didn’t have ID on him. Well after getting a Minute Maid that had a sign that said 99Cents I was about to be charged 1.89! I stated that it was posted for 99 cents only to be stared at like I was stupid. So I asked who made the sandwiches cause I honestly thought she was the lady that was rude to my aunt, nope the lady that was rude was stuffing her face, idk if she was on her break but I’m pretty sure it’s unprofessional to do that in front of customers...but anyhow I told the lady she could go look at the sign 3 times before she finally changed it to 99Cents but guess what?! They told the old man he couldn’t get his beer cause they have to swipe the ID. Which is a lie because any cashier knows the birth date can be manually entered in! I honestly think this was an act of discrimination and racism! I don’t look of color but I am! The old man and my aunt are brown toned and obviously being disrespected for something someone like me don’t have to deal with! I asked the cashier to let her boss know that her co worker was rude to my aunt. Pretty sure she didn’t because apparently she couldn’t say “well the boss is here” my aunt was told the boss was there though. SMH so not only are the employees lying to customers they are overcharging for the minute maids and eating in front of customers, hopefully she paid for that sandwich smh. I’m very displeased, because I never had problems here but my aunt has a problem everytime she goes there smh. I’m disgusted. There are good employees here but obviously the there needs to be some firing...

The staff here is completely rude and belligerent.. I’ve stood at the cash register for 10+ Minutes at a time after being noticed, I’ve even had a very rude assist manager named Jen look me in the eyes and then look back down and acted like I didn’t even exist completely rude! Will never be going back here again and the BBB will also be getting a complaint believe me when I say this is a horrible place to go if you do get service you better believe you won’t be greeted or you’ll be scowled at for expecting them to do their job! Let’s all work together to get them to improve...

Stopped through on a trip to Maryland, charged my card because of some glitch it was supposedly sent back to my card well guess what it posted and no one seems to know how to refund my money. If you need gas Keep going down the street. Update: Manager gets back to me asks me to email receipt and information and gives me a bogus...
