Ever since I have become a frequent shopper and the more I frequent the worse of experience I encounter. You can't even walk into the store without either being followed around asking if you need help finding something or being rushed to check out. They claim to have things on sale but the same item is never in stock or if it is only one and you don't see it stocked again.
Also, if I buy a product especially a "non cruelty" one and I attempt to go buy it again they no longer seem to carry it.
I'm supposed to be only eating a healthy high protein diet, that includes always having high protein snacks around and this store was always the go to get them. Now every time I buy a healthy higher protein item, I no longer can find it again. Whatever intelligence this company has been listening to they need to rethink again. It's going to drive Walgreens right out of business like the rest of the competitors. I would really hate to see that happen. The desperately wanted to find a restroom. We rushed to this Walgreens location in hopes that he could find a restroom while I purchased items that would help with the allergic reaction. This forced me to leave behind the items I needed for his care and rush him up the road to Sheetz so he could have access to a restroom. I understand that the business policy reserves the use of the restrooms to employees only. But it’s pretty poor business practice for a company, that images itself as a wellness and care corporation, refuses to show any compassion and refuses to offered any kind of help for a customer...

I waited a total of 18 minutes until I was finally able to speak with someone in the pharmacy & he basically offered no help, told me the Dr would have to call in a script. Asked him for a ballpark figure on what it would cost if I just purchased 1 & he couldn't give me an accurate amount. So...I am sitting here taking Musinex & drinking cough syrup, while praying I don't end up with pneumonia. According to the chart, the time was a little after 5pm, which shows as less busy than usual. I guess that means the employees are not busy & are in no hurry to...
