To begin with, she forgot to place my order, then her son lied and said they found it and it will be delivered on Thursday, well Thursday came, the old lady said they don't deliver on Thursday's, it will be delivered Saturday. I've been getting furniture from Zeps for years. Although their prices are great and they have great quality furniture the customer service is horrible. There is a man that answers the phone to take payments that is blatantly and outright rude and it is the same man I believe that is rude in store to customers as well!
