Faith's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Upland

I signed up for their rewards program before shopping for a 1st Communion gift and card there because they had a wonderful choice of items at their store, on line. When I arrived I asked the woman where the 1st Communion cards were and she said they were sold out. 😡 I ended up picking out a blank card. Then I was shown where the gifts were and they had a very limited selection, nothing what their website showed they had. 😡 I finally picked a boxed bracelet item between the two items they had. While checking out she asked if I had a phone number in regards to my rewards account. She rang me up and I noticed there was no discount. I told her I should've had a $5 new sign up coupon. She said it wasn't on there and didn't seem to care about it. 😡 I was so disappointed and irritated about the whole experience, that I just left. I won't be returning to that store again. Also, while I was checking out, another customer came in, asked for the 1st Communion items, and after being told they were sold out she had the same...

Every time I've been to this location not a greeting could be heard. The one we frequent always has a nice Hi welcome how are you? Makes us feel welcomed. One time we went nothing, person right behind us got a Hi welcome. I came in with blue hair once and i have tattoos got stared at constantly by one employee, made to feel uncomfortable. Left, told my daughter not even a have a good day, said it loud enough the lady said oh have a good day, sorry you had your chance. Today we tried again, wandered around employee walked by looked at us not one asked if we needed help even after they heard me say oh maybe they don't have it. Left and once again not a have a good day etc. I'll be only going to the San Dimas one where we feel welcomed. They have gotten to know us and us them. Takes a second to say Hi welcome. There was some really cute stuff but I won't give them my money since they don't seem to care...

I received a hallmark Christmas gift from this store. It was too big and I had the gift receipt so I went to return I it. The store clerk was very rude and said because it was Christmas item, I would only get 75% of value. Ridiculous! The receipt says 90 day return policy. The store says that does not apply to Christmas item. They have a small paper next to the register, saying Christmas item not returnable and it’s not visible and pretty much covered up by other knickknacks they have on the register. I’m basically left with an unusable gift. Please please, please do not purchase items from the store based on my experience I cannot recommend anything from them. They don’t have a return policy that is based on Customer Service. I have reported this to their...
