We had a kid's birthday party. 1- Heidi helps you coordinate and even gives you ideas of how to do it. 2- they decor the room. It's simple and beautiful. Loved it. They provide table covers for all your tables, balloons for each table. if you want to bring more decorations for the cake/food table, they will help you decorate the day of the event. 3- literally it's a all inclusive package. You just have to bring cake and food. The rest they will take care of. 5- Heidi and Allison were amazing. They took care of everyone and eveything. They gave us clear directions and clear instructions which makes it so easy. Heidi can handle kids. 6- they were very accommodating with my guests who arrived late. She allowed them to work and continue the party. WOW! 7- When your child is happy and you are relax, it's worth every penny. 8- most importantly the Store was ONLY for our event. It was only us and the Sawdust Team. No one else. That makes it so easy and safe!!! Place is clean....

I love this place! It's so much fun for all ages, even for adults. I would to say this is like a Subway but with arts and crafts. You build it the way you like it, there are so many toppings to choose from, and finish it with off with the dressing of your choice. My 3yr old loves the projects. Covid19 has made it a little challenging to keep my little girl busy, but I had a project delivered right to my door! Hand delivered! This is my 2nd time coming here for a school field trip and Heidi and her staff are absolutely amazing with the kids!! She is always so kind, she makes it a point to address each child by their names and ask if they had fun. She also makes them apart of each activity from the welcoming speech to handing her their button for their project down to playing Simon says, the "Sawdust Factory" version.
