This is the absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever gone. I get a pedicure every 2 weeks and keep my feet in pristine shape. She cut my nails so short it hurt and then filed them which was extremely painful because they were cut way too short. That was not what I asked her to do at all. She also didn’t shape the nails so that they look the same. There was nail polish was cakey and all over my skin after I was “done.” I told her this doesn’t look professional at all and I could have done a better job. I had her redo everything. Unfortunately my nail shape could not be saved because the nails were cut too short. I’m about to go on vacation and very upset. I will never come back and will warn others of this facility. The facility does not use plastic covers in the pedicure bowl, which is unsanitary. Do not come here. I have no idea how there are so many good reviews when I had such a terrible experience. The manger didn’t seem to care about...

Overall, I was pleased. I got a gel removal and recolor. I felt like the options for gel color were kind of sparse... a lot of reds, pinks, and neutrals. I was looking for an electric blue -- and unfortunately they did not have one. So I settled for an apple red.

At the end of my appointment, after I left, I noticed one of my nails felt a little rough. So I went back and they smoothed it out for me. This wasn't a big deal for me because I wasn't in a rush.

They were pretty busy and my nail tech had to switch in the middle of my appointment... again, this didn't really bother me.

Walked in and wanted a gel manicure, dipped gel, in a stilleto shape. Sat down and was told that they weren't doing dip or acrylic today, or anything that required a form. So I agreed to a simple gel manicure with no fake nails or anything even though that's what I went there for, but I wasn't gonna waste their time or mine. She gets started, and she doesn't even file my natural nails evenly. Then she works on my cuticles and skin, and doesn't get it all off. The polish wasn't going on right so they ended up putting black on top of the color I wanted. When I left, my skin was red and peeling and there was still paint around them, and none of my nails are even. Disappointed, and don't understand still why they couldn't do...
