Lg., 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 sausage. I usually prefer sg. a bit over pp., but in this case their pp. is better, but still a better sg. than the chains. Thin crust from homemade dough that doesn't seem to have any rise in it baked in a Blodgett oven with quality ingredients that beat any chain pizza around here. If anything, I'd have finished the pizza straight on the deck for the last 30 seconds to get it as well done as the top. Reheated very nicely later (425, 6 minutes on metal tray to crisp it), maybe even better than straight out of oven.
