Kenzie at the Beyond Hello Linwood location is truly one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. Every single visit, she goes above and beyond — she takes the time to really listen, makes sure I get exactly what I need for my medical situation, and even remembers to ask about my kids and my husband. It’s rare to meet someone who treats you like more than just a customer, but Kenzie always does.

Yesterday, though, she did something that meant more than she probably knows. I was having an incredibly rough, emotional day — so much so that I chose curbside because I didn’t want anyone to see me on the verge of tears. And even though she was off the clock, leaving for the day, Kenzie noticed me and took a moment to stop and ask if I was okay. That small gesture might seem simple, but for me, it changed everything. She reminded me I wasn’t invisible, that someone cared enough to check in. She quite literally stopped me from completely breaking down.

Kenzie, I hope you know how much that meant to me. Beyond Hello is lucky to have you, and I don’t know what kind of recognition/compensation/ gold star you get for exceptional service, but you deserve all of it and so much more. From the bottom of my heart — thank you. You’ve earned a forever...

Dispensary location is perfect not many dispensaries nearby besides the 1 in Chester and the staff are top notch very friendly and will make sure your taken care of the only downside to the dispensary is the very few selections of live resin carts they had the same ones up since opening and now don’t have any besides 1 and I’m talking about 1 gram carts not the half grams I personally find it to be a waste of money to get anything under the gram but if they added way more selections to live resin carts that are 1 gram then it would be the perfect dispensary but I can’t keep using the same carts forever so I’m forced to drive to other ones that have good prices and have big selection of live resin carts I only go to beyond hello on Wednesday when they have the deal for live resin carts because they’re overpriced personally it my opinion only because I can drive 20 something mins away and get carts for 40$...

Beyond Hello, in general, is my favorite dispensary. They have the best point system for purchases (the points are stacked dollar for dollar) of all the other dispensaries I visited. If you are a veteran, be sure to visit on Mondays for their best discount (applies to all locations i believe).

At the Chi Chester location, the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The patience is important as there are many new customers that need help with their selections based on their pain or needs.

The location is right off of 95 so it is incredibly easy and convenient to get to, especially if you are from Delco. The closest stores before were either Philly, or West Chester (which was a bit of a hike for me). Absolutely...
