Corner Pizza — Restaurant in Upper Chichester Township

It is really a shame that I have to give such a negative review because the food is actually good when your order is taken properly by the owners. However the phones staff is extremely unprofessional and very lazy. I ordered a cheese steak and it was not made properly. The phone girl had an attitude because I had the nerve to call and explain how it was not made correctly. I took the cheese steak up there so she could see I didn't want an extra cheese steak just 1 made properly. She proceeded to threaten me and tell me she is from north Philadelphia like that was supposed to matter to me. She was extremely low class. And proceeded to berate me because I wanted my food the way I asked for it. The cook smiled and handed me the new cheese steak and as I went to leave she said you can take this one with you too and threw it at my face. She then threw the tool they remove a pizza from the oven at me and the a broom. When I walked out the door she threw that same tool at my car and spit on my car. I have been hung up on by the phone staff and told that they are not allowed to do certain things because they are simply to lazy to type my request into the computer. I will not return and no one I know will order from here either until their ignorant staff...

Worst customer service!

Response to owner. Called Sunday 07/22 ordered 3 items: medium cheese pizza, jumbo cheesesteak and cheese bread for delivery . When on the phone with one of your employees I asked specifically about the sauces provided with cheese bread. She was happy to answer. Ordered the rest of my food once I knew I’d get the delicious garlic sauce with my cheese bread. Order was never read back or verified even though she stated she was having a hard time hearing with restaurant noise. Gave her my card number more then once because she couldn’t hear. Then food arrives, no cheese bread. Double check my receipt and sure enough it was rang in as garlic bread even though I asked 2 times to make sure it was cheese bread. Called back got told there’s no manger here right now you can either come get it yourself (which I wasn’t able to do ) or wait for my manger to return to the store and give you a call or I can’t help you. So we opted for the call. Nothing not a call back not a I’m sorry no return call. Sad since this is my son’s favorite place. But after having to eat dinner 1 hour after my family and having to order it from somewhere else, sure did leave a bad taste in my mouth for...

We ordered a bunch of items from this new pizza restaurant that just opened up in our neighborhood. We didn't order pizza, just a bunch of entrees and appetizers. The delivery came faster than expected, which was wonderful, and the ordering process took no time at all. The food, for the most part, was good. We got cheesy bread, pizza fries, onion rings, jalapeno poppers, chicken tenders, and a burger. The jalapeno poppers and onion rings were delicious and warm so I'll definitely be ordering that again. The cheesy bread and chicken tenders were alright, however, the burger and pizza fries were not good. The burger bun was stale and hard to chew. And the worst was the pizza fries. They had no flavor, the fries were too soggy, and the cheese wasn't properly melted. It just was not pleasant. Also side note, even though we didn't get pizza, I noticed that the pizza completely looks and tastes different every time we order it. It's so delicious some days, but on other days, it's pretty basic.

All in all, I will be ordering from this restaurant again. However, I'll stay away from those burgers and...
