I had the best conversation tonight. I had an issue with a fee I was previously charged. I REALLY ☺️ appreciate how the owner explained the reason for the charge. He was polite, patient, and friendly. I asked multiple questions to make sure I understood correctly. He maintained a friendly tone the whole time. I asked to have my pizza cooked a little longer. I expected him to put it back in the oven. He had them make a WHOLE NEW PIZZA!! He said reheated pizza doesn't look appetizing, and he wants his customers to like the way their food looks. We're relatively new to the area and went through a few shops before finding this one. I chose to pick the pizza up. We usually have them deliver. He knew my address (i.e., me the customer) because I asked to have it cooked longer. We used our last name. He said next time, use our address so he knows to cook the pizza a little longer. Read moreCame here to find that my cards were declining because I was short in the bank and the gift card I was trying to use at first wasn't working (later found out the card I had was trying to draw over the spending limit even though my purchase was below the limit, idk it was finicky). The manager or whoever took my order decided in the end to pay for the food himself! I've hardly ever experienced that kind of customer service or go that above and beyond anywhere so I have to 110% recommend this place to anyone in the area for that alone. Read moreI was with the Dos Amigos plus 1, oldest daughter Jordan. We love that we could take our Linwood cheesesteaks to Wilmington Brew Works and eat them there. I got the Portobello mushroom cheesesteak and the nice people at Linwood pizza made it on garlic bread for me. The Amigos did not like their cheesesteaks. If you watch the video, I dub over the Amigos and in one scene you can see them breaking apart the dry meat. The great news is we went to Wilmington Brew Works. Craig the Master Brewer was there and in addition to brewing great beer, he did a great job telling us the history of the building.
