Willowbrook Shopping Center — Local services in Upper Chichester Township

This place is honestly on its last legs. Carmira's Deli is awesome, that's about it. There is a giant empty space (former "everything" including most recently a Goodwill) that hasn't been able to sustain a shop since the supermarket in Larkin's Corner blocks the Willowbrook landlord from bringing in a "real" grocery store. There's an Advanced Auto Parts... literally a block from an AutoZone; a filthy, understocked Family Dollar where the workers are always out front smoking; a Domino's 🤮; check cashing; H&R Block; long-time local diner; dirty hole-in-the-wall bar for bikers and the toothless locals; autotag/notary where the woman who owns the place is the most miserable person in three townships; chinese food; bakery; ice cream shop. It's tired (the whole town is tired), and poorly kept. Like I said before, Carmira's is the best. Some of the mom and pops in the center deserve to stay open, but the shopping center is decrepit... Mostly because there isn't a decent anchor store to really bring people in... And it certainly seems the landlord has no interest in upgrades or the cosmetic appearance...

Really it's not a place that I would live in. In the process of signing lease they make you jump through all kinds of hoops and when I sign the lease and went to move in the very first day they said that everything was remodeled new bathtub new sink well it wasn't the bathtub was painted with paint the kitchen sink was leaking the utility closet where the heater was was full of trash all the doors in the apartment bedroom doors and bathroom were kicked in plus walking to the apartment stunk very bad with a very foul odor I couldn't live there and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody so...
