Great Wall Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Upper Chichester Township

These folks just flat out jipped me. I ordered online before I left work, so I could swing by and pick it up omw home. They use a 3rd party ordering service that has a certain menu format and they don't honor it. I get there, pick up my food, pay and go home. Get home, half of my stuff is missing. I call them and they just say, you didn't order that. I ordered some sodas and because they didn't have that specific kind, they didn't give me any and never said a word, but charged me for them. They told me I was welcome to come back, but they won't give me even the money back for the sodas.....nothing. I live in Elsemere. Safe to say I'm not heading back nor will I ever go back there. Maybe they should familiarize themselves with the online format they use or maybe not have children arguing over the phone...

Worst service ever. I tried to order for my grandkids 8 and 2 yrs old. Chicken nuggets with french fries for the2 yr. Old and 6 Chicken wings and shrimp fried rice with egg no vegetables. A large and a small. After repeating like 20 times my order and making sure she had all the numbers correct of my card I waited for almost an hour and they are located 3 min. away from my house. She did not understand And I repeatedly told her chicken wings with the order . When the delivery guy came to bring the order total including tip $25.18. There were no chicken wings for my grandson he began to cry and had to eat the rice by itself thanks to this not well trained receptionist who takes the phone orders. I will never order from this place again. And will let the whole world know my bad experience with...

While the menu here mirrors almost every other neighborhood Chinese take-out. This restaurant has a few things going for it that make it stand out.

Taste: The flavor here is consistent from visit to visit and is a real treat to the ol' taste buds.

Cleanliness: What more can I say? This place is clean. Real clean. How many times have you walked into a Chinese restaurant and felt like it was a Crisco Sauna? This place is far from that and I think that's real important.

Atmosphere: I know that this is a bit extra but I really enjoy coming here. They are a fun lot and the owners seem to enjoy their customers.

If you're new to town or just passing though, I really think you should give these guys a try. Easily the best spot in town...
