Bright laundromat — Local services in Upper Darby

This is the worst laundromat ever. I use their drop-off service, and every time, my clothes go missing, and someone else's clothes are mixed with mine. After experiencing this repeatedly, I spoke with a few other customers who also use the drop-off service, and they all had the same complaints.

One day, while dropping off my clothes, I decided to mention these issues to the employee. I wanted to bring it to her attention as a customer, hoping she would understand my point of view. Instead, she became very defensive and started arguing with me, as if she was guilty and trying to deflect blame. I calmly explained that I was just trying to prevent my clothes from continuing to go missing, and to avoid the same issue for other customers.

Her response was extremely rude; she told me to leave and suggested I go somewhere else. Then, she called the police, falsely claiming that I was causing trouble because I am a Black man. I called the police myself and waited for them to arrive because I knew I had done nothing wrong. As a customer, I have every right to complain or provide feedback.

I've been going to Bright Laundry since it opened up in Upper Darby where I lived now that I recently moved I continue to use this Laundromat because it's clean and the staff are pleasant and you feel welcomed and comfortable they are helpful when you have an issue with a washer or dryer which rarely happens. I love coming to this place, the machines are huge and clean, the massage chairs, the TV where u can watch while waiting on your laundry.
