Incident date and time: August 27 2022 at 8:25PM
When I first asked a stuff if there is any available size for another pair of shoe so that we could buy two pairs, the same guard jump in our conversation and rudely said all everything is on display and they have nothing anywhere. If I want to check the stock in their computer I would have to take the queue. I said that my wife is already on the queue and I just wanted to check if I get buy an extra pair. We didnāt wanted to waste others time asking it coming in pay counter. But they do not have any customer enquiry desk or self check monitor anywhere.
So, we wanted to buy just a single pair of shoe for my child. We were waiting on a queue to counter for more than 40 min. There were only 3 out of 7 counters serving. We had an appointment at 8:30PM. When it become 8:20 and still 7/8 people were infront of us, my wife asked me that she wants to request the person at first place on the queue to give us a chance to go ahead. I didnāt like it but eventually I stayed on queue and gave her the shoes. When she asked the person on queue and he said go ahead. But a lady from the first counter, who was left her counter and doing something on back of the counter, started yelling at my wife that why did she came ahead (even when none of the person on queue had any problem on our attempt to save couple of minutes). I replied her why are you shouting on her, my wife requested and convinced while I'm still in the queue and we have been waiting so long for just a single item. You kept just 3 counters open out of 7 and now yelling at her. She called the guard and he was even more rude. He asked me to came out of queue with my Son (on staller) and take the shoes from us told us to leave! I requested that my child liked the shoe and we having waiting for so long. I even apologise for all inconveniences and said we are going back on our place, we were trying to not miss an appointment for a few min. The guard said either we would have to go in the starting of queue losing all 40min of waiting or they will not sell it! I have been in many county but never ever experienced such behavior and customer service. I regret that my Son had to face such a mean behavior for the very first time of his life. I liked the store and its collection but unfortunately the stuffs are terrible. He asked me to apologise and I did for shake of my Son's happiness then he denied to give us back the shoes! Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy friends and I were shopping at this location on August 14th between 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm. The store is beautiful and has a wide selection. We came to shop for our dorm rooms as we would be leaving for school soon. Things were going fine until we reach the second floor in the menās department where we noticed an older short, black women by the name of Crystal who was yelling to her coworkers (over us) asking them if they were ok. We went down to the first floor to shop the home department. I then noticed a beautiful blush pink office chair that I was considering buying. As soon as I got out of the chair, to my surprise Crystal came and snatched the chair away from me. In embarrassment and shock, my friends and I just laughed and continued shopping. Less than a minute later, Crystal returned to the same section (where we were still standing) and decided she wanted to āstraightenā the section. I decided to ask her where she had taken the chair and if it was ok for me to take a look at it. She replied that it was in the wrong place and she took it to an area where the other dorm accessories were. I was a little confused because the chair had been sitting there before I decided to look at it, and no one had bothered to move it. Nevertheless, I continued my shopping and went to look for the chair. I was pleased to see that there were many other beautiful chairs. Unfortunately, my happiness was ruined when I realized that on my left there was Crystal AGAIN. It began to feel as if she was following us around the store. When I expressed my frustration aloud to my friends, she went to get another co-worker to āpatrolā the area. I decided not buy ANYTHING from this location. Might I add that my friends and I did not come into the store with any bags. We look young, but we are all of 20 years old and older. The store was well stocked but there are several problems I noticed which Iāll never return here and Iāll tell everyone I know NOT to spend their hard earned cash here. First issue was there is no bathroom. The bathroom is blocked off and you canāt enter. Second is the employees are lousy!! I was treated poorly by the young black man at the cash register. He made a rude comment to me when I asked about a price. Very condescending and he was sarcastic and didnāt even greet me or thank me. He didnāt let me enter my rewards phone number because he didnāt know how to do it, and then after I gave him my money he didnāt thank me, just shouted he was going to clock out. Burlington, please donāt hire these ghetto people with rude behavior. I will recommend everyone leave Philly and the surrounding area and shop in the burbs over places like this. I donāt need to be treated like garbage when I spend my money!! Give your employees some customer service, because they are going to drive your customers out...
