Grand Welcome Panama City Beach Vacation Rental Management — Local services in Upper Grand Lagoon

We stayed at one of their resorts in PCB. Edgewater L203. The air conditioner did not work. I called to tell them it was not working. At one point during our stay it was 80° in the condo. I reached out to Grand Welcome to let them know. They said they would have someone reach out. That never happened so we suffered. The hot water heater also only lasted for 10 minutes. The condo slept 4. There would be NO way 4 people could shower in that amount of time without running out of hot water. My husband and I seriously took like 2 minute showers to just make it stretch. I just want others to be aware of the noncommunication from Grand Welcome. There were good things about this condo such as it was very clean and the view was beautiful but unfortunately the bad outweighed the good. I also did not receive a review after our stay so I decided to leave the review here to warn others. UPDATE Steve from Grand Welcome reached out to me within 30 minutes of posting this review. Communication was dropped on their end, and he apologized greatly. He also issued a refund of some of our stay for our troubles and ensured the air conditioning to this unit was up and running now. This place is the worse management companies I have ever traveled with. The condo was absolutely disgusting. I only posted 10 pictures but have many more. This management company took 16 plus hours to get back to me woth a text message. I had to rent another condo bc it took them so long to get back to us and we had no where to sleep and couldn't even take showers because all the towels were absolutely disgusting. 7 days later and I have never received a phone call from this company. They will send me a text stating they are giving me a partial refund but has never said an amount keep in mind we never stayed in...

Just got home from my family vacation in Panama City Beach, what else can I say but WOW!!!!! From initial booking to checkout, Steve stayed in communication with me, checking in to see if anything was needed or to make sure everything was good. Upon opening the door we were welcomed to a clean and beautiful home, the pool was simply amazing and almost made me not want to go to the beach!!!!
