When calling to request service, I spoke to one person there that seemed helpful and friendly, Jimmy. It all went downhill after that. After determining I had a blocked pipe, the two plumbers they sent couldn't find my "cleanout" and told me to call my water company so that they could mark it. I did, and my local township was there within minutes and found it. The problem is, the plumbers had taken off. They had said they'd return as soon as the clean out was found. But they didn't answer their phones. No one answered at their office. All night. Before they left they told me not to run ANY water in my house: not the sinks, showers, toilets - nothing. And they just LEFT us like that. I finally was able to get someone the following morning and they were extremely rude over the phone. I truly hate to leave bad reviews, I don't want anyone's business to suffer. I just want them to treat the customers better. Hopefully they'll look at the NUMEROUS reviews on here and change their practices...

Voros Plumbing is a hard-working, professional family-owned business. They've always maintained the highest quality and standards for their shop and employees. I once worked here for over a year and the owners were truly incredible people that would give you the shirt off of their back.

The owners of Voros Plumbing were kind enough to allow me to film some videos for my Youtube channel many years ago and sadly some negative haters of mine came on and gave them bad reviews. If you see any bad reviews, chances are they are from someone who never even used their services or lived in the area.
