So I always go to Joseph Anthony for all my massages, but they tend to book up weeks in advance and I randomly decided yesterday I’d like to have a massage this weekend. I had seen people recommend this place in Facebook groups many times so decided to give it a try. I had a great experience even though it wasn’t quite what I was expecting of a spa- it’s definitely no frills. But still a warm comfortable experience with great heated tables and relaxing music and their massage towels were very warm! The actual massage experience was as good or really probably better than I’ve had at JA. There are no spa features like a changing room, robes or a pre service waiting area with tea or anything. You walk in give them your name and sit in front of the desk until your name is called, like at a hair salon. But the prices are in line with this so that’s fine. I did feel the girl at the desk could have been a little more welcoming, she didn’t even ask if it was my first time there. She wasn’t unfriendly, just not very warm. It was fine. I think it would be nice if they at least offered you a glass of water while you wait, but I had like a two minute wait anyway. I was mostly surprised there was just the lobby you walk in and then you get changed right in the massage room. But again, the prices are way more affordable than at a high end spa so I should have expected that. If I want the full spa experience I’ll still go to JA but I’ll definitely come here again too, it seems they just focus on the service itself and the prices are so great you can tip a little extra. Overall, the massage I had with Wendy was fantastic, I loved every minute of it and will definitely be back to see her! P.S. the review from a week ago where the girl posted drinks and robes is not from this location, I think she reviewed the wrong elements spa.

This place is amazing!!! My friend and I both celebrated our birthdays here this past May. (So yes, we came TWICE... And this place is an hour drive from where we live 👀) The body scrub, facial and massages were all worth every penny! Plus, we took advantage of the Daycation special. (If you are there for just a day & plan to eat or buy spa merch, you definitely want to purchase this special.) Checking in and out was a pleasant experience, all thanks to Kathy and Jen! 😍😍 They are beautiful people who made us feel welcomed. They were patient and kind to us. They were also knowledgeable about the products the spa sells. (The grey robe and Lalicious Peachy Keen 🍑 are a must!) Kathy even recommended some food and drink items (Butterfly pea margarita, salads and burgers) from the restaurant upstairs (Kites). The food from Kites was truly amazing! I really liked the penne, BBQ wings and spinach 🤤🤤🤤 Kathy's recommendations did not disappoint either. My friend enjoyed the margarita, wedge salad and burger! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🥳🥳

Elements Spa is lovely from the minute you walk in the door! The ambience is very soothing and peaceful. My Fountain of Youth facial was pure bliss. I loved the Jan Marino and Farmhouse Fresh products that Lisa used too.

Elements Spa is such a wonderful place. The moment you walk through the door you are greeted by lovely aromas, a calming ambiance, and delightful front office staff (Holly and Brittany). Andie Taylor is a gifted aesthetician whose facials are an experience not to be missed. She helps you choose the best service and products for your individual needs, her touch is marvelous (in addition to what she does for your face, you can kiss your headache and sore neck goodbye), and just being in her presence feels like a very rewarding therapy session! Also, owner Brian Fong is without a doubt the finest massage therapist I have ever been treated by, and there have been many. He works magic especially with my damaged neck and back, and he is an inspirational and remarkable human being. I love...
