Ok so I either leave reviews if a place is really good or really bad. In this case.. the staff was decent but good lord… she LITERALLY cut into 4 out of 5 cuticles on both hands. I literally have 8 infected fingers right now. I’ve been to other nail salons where they wash the cut immediately or put something on it that stings but ensures that it doesn’t get infected and nothing was done here. She kept going. I kept thinking maybe she’ll tell me to go wash my hands at least at the end of the step but nope, she kept on going. I’m traveling out of the country tomorrow so I can’t even go back and show them. My nail bed was literally bleeding on a couple fingers when I left and within a couple hours, the rest were bleeding.

Also - I got a Regular pedicure done and the damn thing peeled up and off on my toe nails by the time I got home despite wearing the flip flops they let me wear out. I was extremely careful and my toes definitely didn’t hit anything.

Like seriously? I paid $120 for both and I left with a not so great pedicure and multiple infected fingers. Definitely not the greatest experience.

I booked an acrylic removal and a hard gel service for medium nails, with the understanding that there would be time for both. I also requested a design, which they said they couldn’t accommodate that was fine, so I asked for a French design instead. I was told “no problem.”

However, during my appointment, the staff began speaking in their native language, laughing and mentioning the word "design." It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, as it was clear they were discussing me.

Most disappointing was the fact that I didn’t receive the acrylic removal I booked. Despite selecting the appropriate service in advance to ensure enough time, I left with a thick layer of acrylic still on my nails (see attached photo).

To make matters worse, I wasn’t told until the service was almost complete that they actually couldn’t do the French design after all even though I was told earlier it wouldn’t be a problem.

Overall, I’m very frustrated and disappointed. I didn’t get the service I booked and paid for, and I felt disrespected during the appointment. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others due to the unprofessional behavior and...

I don’t ever do this but I’m honestly HEATED and ANNOYED my first time coming here and I booked with (Akmaral Ishembieva) at 3PM when I booked I also booked for hard gel & acrylic removal but since I didn’t want it to take long I took my acrylics off at home to do her the favor. As soon as I got there she started my nails at 3:10PM and asked if I picked a color I told her I wanted French chromes and she seriously said “I don’t have time for that” which shocked me because when I got there I told her I took my acrylics off so what didn’t she have time for?? Acrylic removals take about 30-40 minutes so I don’t understand why she didn’t have time. And THAN I told her I wanted square and she said she could only do round square which made me more mad. I got my nails done last Thursday 8/28 and it’s now 9/3 and my nails are chipping. And my cuticles look disgusting. I’m honestly so annoyed and I want a refund. I’m so annoyed with how rude she was.
