This place gets -10 stars. Previous reviews must be family and employees. We walk in, the lights are out. Ceiling is riddled with stains. I ordered 2 cold hoagies, meatballs sandwich and chicken parm sandwich. Keep in mind, I have worked in 2 of the most popular delis in Philly, Greenman’s and Moe’s. These people have no idea what they are doing. The front girls didn’t know the menu. I had questions which they couldn’t answer. You can tell these people don’t know hoagies. I asked for extra mayo. She asks do I want it on the side. I wanted salt, pepper, and oregano. The manager, who is managing six people, is making my sandwiches with gloves on. He puts that hand inside a 2-lb container of Oregano to grab some to sprinkle on my sandwich. He just cross contaminated the entire container of oregano. He was slicing my meats on a residential slicer that looked like it was purchased at Costco. One of my hoagies didn’t get salt, pepper, oregano, which is standard for a hoagie. The lettuce was not fresh. It came out of bag , not even shredded. My hot sandwiches were cold. They were not wrapped in foil and improperly wrapped with paper. Cerruti’s is a hidden gem in Southampton that everyone has to try when they get the chance! I ordered a cheesesteak on a seeded roll and it was hands down one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. The meat was cooked perfectly in tandem with the cheese and the roll was perfect. I also tried the wings, and they were just as delicious. Not only were they incredibly affordable, but they tasted amazing too! You can tell this is a family-owned place that takes great care in making their food. Friendly service and great prices make it an even better find. They deserve way more recognition— I will be back to dine again, I highly recommend you...

Pro: Great chocolate milkshake!! All Star burger was good! Loved it!

Con: Roast beef sandwich - very dry. Menu described it drenched with "Au Jus" but there was no sauce, mine was bone dry.

Grilled chicken sandwich - will not recommend at all. Dry and bland. I didn't think it was marinated in anything as the menu said.

Overall - 2/3 entrees disappointing - didn't finish either of them. I saw some other review saying the roast beef was amazing so maybe it depends who is...
