Brought my vintage tascam recording machine here back on 4/20/21 after hearing they do a great job on those types of electronics, however as of the day I'm writing this (10/13/21) the machine is still not finished, they won't give me an estimate of what I pay when it is done, the person who answers the phone is very minimal and short with me when I call, and the past two times I've called I just get led to a full voice-mail box. I've tried asking if I can help by ordering parts online or having them 3d printed. 7 months of waiting with poor communication, I'll change my review appropriately if I ever get my machine...
