I’ve been a loyal Paper Moon customer since you opened in Springfield a few years ago. Your jewelry is unique, beautiful, and I want to patronize your small business, but on multiple occasions you have not been open when your hours say you will be. I even call each time before I come now and still sometimes you close early when you say you’ll be open.
