Requested services for a work party for approximately 45 people. Set up and coordination with management was easy. The quote and explanation of play/set up was very professional, he aided in planning the number of games, which turned out perfect. Communication up to the days of the event was simple and clear. Upon arrival to the event, the dealer crew had all of the tables set up and waiting for us. I met with the dealer lead and the rules, expectations were explained so that I had a clear understanding of how to coordinate my group. They left for dinner during our social hour, then returned with plenty of time to be ready for our planned game start. At the end of the game play time, we were given an all call, the dealers gathered and counted the chips and quickly provided a top 3 winners with totals for me as requested. We hosted our Summer Company Party, after the Covid restrictions were lifted, and used Royal Flush Gaming for the casino portion of our event. Alex and his staff were just fantastic! We weren't sure how the event would play out, as it was our first time hosting a casino theme party. Alex walked us through the process from our first conversation. He was very thorough on the event process, how many tables we needed, the times of the casino, and even helped us out with handing out prizes at the end of the night.

Everyone had such an incredible time, and all of the employees are still talking about it, and hoping we can do it again for our Holiday 2021 Party!

They were excellent. We hired them for our company holiday party and it went great. We had used other casino companies in the past and Royale Flush is the best. Their response time with all questions and requests was prompt. Their set up team had everything ready to go before we even arrived at our event location which was wonderful. The dealers and rest of the crew were amazing throughout the event. Funny and just helped to create a great atmosphere.
