I didn't even get to finalize my order with this boutique. So many things went wrong before I could. The woman I was ordering from was hard to understand but eventually made herself clear enough. When I asked about the $10.00 add on for candy she told me they usually do a box of chocolates (I questioned this because there is a "chocolates" button for $15.00, but she assured me it would be 10). At the END of the conversation she says to me, if all of this is in stock we should be fine, if not, we will make substitutions for you. Hold on, what? You're just going to send whatever you want if what I want isn't there? Yes..... No mam I do not want any substitutions. None. She said ok and said if anything was wrong the designer would call me. The designer later calls me to tell me that they do not have the vase I want and after a back and forth of "which do you have" and "oh i don't like that" she told me I was out of options because she doesn't carry any more purple vases. OK. Laughing at me the entire time she then asks me about the candy option and says, "so you do not want chocolates right?" What? I want whatever comes with the candy option whether that be candy or chocolates. Finally it ended with her saying do you want me to just disregard your order? I said you know what, yes, because as we speak I am online looking for another boutique. This does sadden me because it does look like they have some beautiful arrangements but is it worth it? I live in Florida and just wanted to send my sister some congratulatory flowers, shouldn't they have in stock what they...

There aren't enough accurate words in the English language to succinctly convey the incredible experience that I had at Blossom Boutique Florist. My first, in-a-pinch-type Google search had me calling many local area florists, none of which provides the same access to fresh, loose flowers. I was skeptical that a small shop could offer what I needed to match a vase I brought in myself. My skepticism was immediately broken down when I walked through the door with my 7 year old child. They obviously care greatly about their stock, their customers and each other. The jovial environment and their patience with my pickiness brought me back a second time today. The level of care, concern, commitment and delivery of quality in their loose flowers was consistent with my first experience. They've wiggled their way onto my list as my exclusive source for ornamentals meant for arrangements. Furthermore, what I've seen in their pre-arranged in-store displays are impressive and heartwarming. It's obvious each stem is placed with creativity and each petiole gently shifted to maximize the message of the arrangement. Thank you so much, Blossom Boutique! You have lifetime...

Shannon truly did an amazing job with our florals. I had no idea what I wanted, I gave her our color scheme and a few photos of inspiration along with one flower I wanted to included because my husband really likes them and that was it. As soon as I saw them though, I knew it was exactly what I wanted. The bouquets were gorgeous, the flower crown held up pretty dang well on my niece who kept picking at it, the guys boutineer a complimented their attire well too! She decorated our ceremony arch with florals, a fabric that I provided and some baskets of wildflowers. However the part that really blew me away, our reception tables were long rectangular tables and she did a greenery and berry centerpiece down the length of the table and with our rustic venue it really popped. I really loved all of it and she definitely put a lot of work into it on the day of the wedding making sure everything looked spectacular. I can’t recommend her enough!
