My wife and I have been waiting for 10 years for the moment when we could afford nice appliances. Finally life brought us here with a new move and a new house enabling us to buy a nice refrigerator, washer, and dryer.
We started at Pearson’s because of the good reviews, and I wanted to talk to some professionals about their opinion, rather than a big box store employee.
Gus greeted my family with a smile and pointed us to the perfect set up. It was so easy to find what we needed with his guidance. We figured we were gonna be searching for weeks to find the right ones for us. But that wasn’t the case. We told Gus that we wanted to look around at other stores to see what we could find.
We found that every other big box store either didn’t have the features we wanted, or the price wasn’t near what Gus could get us.
We came back and he helped us out with a package deal that worked with our budget.
They came by the house and delivered/installed the appliances for us and the team was so nice and helpful. After they cleaned up, they explained everything about the products we purchased!
We will absolutely be recommending everyone to go to Pearson’s Appliance and in the future, we will be buying more from them when...

Although I feel that they should have been proactive by following up with me in the meantime regarding an oven rack missing from the oven we purchased that is apparently on back order since our purchase all the way back in April of this year (6 months ago), once I contacted them on Facebook, the amazing person who replied to me was very good at responding quickly and maintaining contact until Gus phoned me. I wanted to delete that original review but I am unable to, so I am "editing' it out and typing this one instead. Customer service is great, but if a part is missing or needs to be replaced, especially if it is on back order, they will sleep on it if you don't constantly maintain contact with them yourself. A courtesy "we haven't forgotten about you..", etc. would be nice in the future. Still, I would shop there again. Support...
