Second time I’ve gone in to buy these storage containers which were $5. Rang up for $6.45. I didn’t notice it until I got to my car. Told them last time they were wrong but still haven’t corrected issue. Cashier not very friendly or apologetic for the mess up. More like I was bothering her for pointing it out. So instead of being assisted with the problem I went and took a picture of the price tag on shelf to show her it was wrong. Why should I pay an extra $6.10 when I don’t have to??? And maybe DG needs to give a class to their employees about being friendly and helpful to customers?! To me it’s common sense bc the customers are why they have a job in the first place!!!! I am tired of being treated poorly by employees of places I shop and from now on I’m going to speak up instead of just taking it.
Returned again 2 weeks later. Same woman as above just as rude as she was then. Couldn’t see her name tag bc it was sagging down too low or else I would’ve gotten her name. I do believe she is a manager which makes it even worse. They are supposed to set an example for the people under them. (Now he was sweet and helpful). I will not be going back to this store bc I’m tired of helping pay her paycheck and being treated like a bother. Also get the non-clearance items out of the clearance section and you won’t have to work as hard! Or work period...
