I wish I could give negative 5 stars! I placed an order through the app for a chicken chalupa, a taco, cinnamon twists, Pepsi and free Baja freeze. When I arrived, staff acted as if I didn't place an order. When they finally pulled my order up, the cashier rudely said we are out of chalupas do you want a taco instead. Like where does a taco equal a chalupa. But anyway, she goes on to say everything that they were out of and said I could either replace the chalupa with a taco or a burrito. Resistantly, I choose the burrito. Needless to say, the burrito was more like a soft shell taco wrapped in a burrito. There was about 5 strips of chicken, cheese and sour cream. Admittedly I did opt out of beans and nacho cheese. However when I received my food there was nacho cheese between the soft shell taco and the burrito showed evidence of beans on the tortilla (as if they had reused or scraped off). On top of that, there were no sauce packets and I had to ask for the Pepsi. I was not able to eat the burrito because the meat smelled bad and was afraid that it was sour. Needless to say, I totally wasted my money. I am not a difficult person but if you don't want to work, have to be rude when you work, and have an attitude because you have ran out of stuff. Then you need to find another job that doesn't include messing over someone else's food that they paid for. I am pretty sure, if they were to go and order food, they would expect it to be done right and expect there to be appropriate substitutions when inventory is out. It just does not make any sense 😕. I will never visit this...
Read moreI have been to this Taco Bell on Bemiss Road in Valdosta, GA several times over the past year. My last visit was before Hurricane Idalia hit Valdosta.
SHAME on you- to the young man who was at the drive-thru window! This was the third time in the past year I'd seen him when I'd come through. He was in such a rush to take my payment and hand me the food. When I wasn't quick enough getting my payment out he rudely told me he could be fired because customers can't be in the drive-thru long. It was about 20 seconds between the time I made the payment and when he handed me the food. Then said to me have a blessed day. It wasn't busy at Taco Bell. I was the only customer there at that time. I checked my food bag to make sure everything was correct. It took about 10 seconds. The young man then opened the window back up and slammed it hard! Hinting for me to go away! I drove off.
I have worked in the Food Industry over two decades ago. What he has done is unacceptable! This Taco Bell has other poor ratings for customer service. Stop hiring people just to fill slots. Properly train your employees on good and appropriate customer service skills because they are severely lacking! QUALITY is extremely important, and you have failed! Do better!
His comment "have a blessed day" was meaningless when he chose to treat a...
Read moreThe website won't submit my comments so here it is, for everyone. Normally, I don't have significant problems with Taco Bell. But ever since moving to Valdosta 2 years ago, I've had nothing but problems at all three of your locations. I ALWAYS do drive-thru. But tonight was different. Tonight I was forced to go to the dining room after backing out carefully from the drive-thru because I sat there for a good 10+ minutes while the only other car in the line just sat there. No one was on the speaker, I called in to see if the dining room was open. They said yes, I mentioned the wait and they said they were "just trying to catch up back here". Must have been very busy. I worked in food service, I'm fine with being busy and behind. But the problem is, when I went inside, there was one pair of people in the whole place, not including the people working there. There are like 6 workers. What are they catching up on? When I pulled up. There were boxes of trash piled halfway up the wall. In the dining room, you can see the front counter messy with food and the kitchen is the worst I've ever seen at any taco bell I've been to in the USA. It was so awful, I'm never going to eat there again. The soda fountain was gross too. I...
