I was one of the first ones that got hit with a declined charge. I have contacted Valley AL PD and talked to officer Johnson (Badge # 214) who couldn’t do much, then got a call from officer Stice (Badge #215) who told me to get in touch with Phoenix PD. After hours of frustrating back and forth, I contacted Wells Fargo to cancel my card and ask for a new one, the online teller told me that they were aware of a “glitch” and I didn’t have to cancel my card, which didn’t sit right with me. I asked her to escalate my call to the Fraud Department and explained the situation, the person on the phone took it very seriously and immediately canceled my card and I received my replacement within two days. I kinda wonder if Seth got any unexpected deposits to his account from this whole mess, I’m curious about how these scammers were planning to collect on their malfeasance. I was one of the Arizonan's whose bank accounts were affected by the scammer who is unaffiliated with this company.

The owner, Seth, seems like an awesome guy- because the past few weeks he's been making diligent replies to everyone who reached out here.

If you see other reviews that are 1 star talking about fraud, ignore them. Wells Fargo handled it the night it all happened...

Reset all my BIOS settings and now I have many issues I didn't have before coming here. Still charged me despite not fixing my initial issue and gave me many more problems that I now have to deal with. 1/5 never...
