This by far was the worst experience I have ever had! I come in to get a pedicure. I’m new to the area and state and wanted to give them a try! No hello, how can I help you or anything welcoming. Just you want a pedicure and sit here. I was then asked what color when I said regular that was an issue for them bc my toes had gel before. So because I didn’t get gel again they charged me $8 to take the old gel off. Then I chose color 226 keep this in mind I had a girl standing over me while I’m trying to look at the color book to keep asking me what color do I want. So I hurry and pick. Ok so I’m in the chair and she (the person who is doing my service) doesn’t ask me about my chair, is the water to hot, or NOTHING! She doesn’t turn the chair on the jets or NOTHIng! No do I want water or nothing. SMH then she does my feet and she half does EVERYTHING. She doesn’t scrub my feet or none of that. It was very half done. After she takes my feet out the way she puts lotion on my wet feet and legs! Yesss you heard me right! After she painted my toes the wrong color (26 when I asked for 226) to correct her she then tells me they don’t have anything or anyway to dry my feet. I asked her for a fan that you sit under and she gave me someone travel fan and told me to use that. *Long post! Let me tell you the experience I just had at Nails Factory in Valley, Alabama! .. I was at Nails Factory since 8:00am. I know they doesn’t open until 9:30 but I got there early so I can at least be the 1st or 2nd person there. A guy came around 9 & open up at 9:30am. I went in first because I was the 1st person there & 2 other ladies that pulled up after me came in & signed their names then a white lady with 3 kids came in & signed their names. He asked the white lady what did she & the kids want done. She told him she wanted a pedi & one of the girls & the other girls want nails done THEN he asked who was 1st so I said me. Then he asked what did I want I said Pedi & Mani. He told me to wait until someone esle come to do mine & told the white lady to come on he was going to do her pedi. I didn’t understand why he put that lady before me & I had been waiting since 8:00am & I was the first person there. That lady was the 4th person there & she didn’t pull up until around 9:15am. So I waited until the other workers got there because I wanted to know why she got put in front of me. NO ONE could tell me why!! Regardless of your race/color!!! ALL MONEY SPEND THE SAME!! The owner she is super rude an not professional at all. She has an attitude an it’s not cute. You can tell she’s young an doesn’t appreciate customers or their happiness. I stopped the lady 5 times or more an the nail tech Sitting next to her even showed her what she was doing wrong and she still didn’t do it then she got oil all over my brand new shoes. The massage was awful I could barely feel it an the owner told me she gave me a wonderful massage. How would she know she didn’t rub her legs an she wasn’t even in there at the time all this was going on. It was awful my toe looks infected an I will be going to the doctor Monday. She didn’t even paint my whole nail. My toe nails aren’t straight. There is rough skin an ingrown toe nails ripples in my paint it’s AWFUL I have never been more disappointed as I was yesterday when I received this an only for the owner to approve this kind of work an tell me this is one of her best nail techs.
