
Update (August 11, 2025): VERY disappointed that you've removed the Hydro Massage water therapy machine. I'm in the gym every weekday morning between 6 and 8 am, and 3 people use it every day. The new massage chair that you've replaced it with is terrible...no one at that time of the day likes it. You should have kept the Hydro Massage and maybe even the chair and ditched the idea of bringing in a chiropractor. If I need a chiropractor, I have one already. I canceled my Premium membership and went back to a regular membership because there's nothing for me to use at 6am...everything is locked up now that the hydromassage is gone.
Also of note: many Mondays there are NO paper towels to wipe the machines down with. Such was the case today...none nowhere to be found...even in the bathrooms.
Update (Mar 13, 2025): The new key card scanner to get in just doesn't work. Since it was installed last week, I've been able to enter only once, and I go to the gym every weekday. So far this week, about half of the patrons trying to enter in the early morning can't get in...someone inside has to stop their workout and come let us in. That's unacceptable.
3 of the 7 tv's haven't worked since before New Years. what's up with that? I mean...I'm not there to watch TV, but if you offer it, it should be working.
I've been a member of this location for a year and a half now. Like many others have commented, I do enjoy the gym, but do wish there were more equipment options...but I understand you have limited space.
In the winter, it is way too cold inside the building. Today, for example (Jan 8), it was 26 degrees outside. The thermostat was set to 59 degrees. Sorry...but that's too cold for INSIDE a building. Most everyone that is there in the early morning hours has to keep a jacket on until they get their workout going because it's too chilly. Don't get me wrong...I've been going to gyms my entire life, and you certainly don't want it to get too warm inside, but in the 50's inside...that's uncomfortable. And so far this winter, that has happened more often than not. When the thermostat is set to 65, everyone seems happy...not too hot and not too cold. If I wear a short sleeve shirt for working out, I shouldn't have to wear a winter coat over it until I get heated up in my workout.
Lately, a lot of machines have been out of order, and it seems to take a while to get them running again. Your equipment should be a top priority.
And cleanliness...it's okay, but certainly not cleaned regularly. If it is, then it's just a quick spot cleaning here and there with very little attention given for a thorough job. Sometimes you can blow towards the floor and dust bunnies will tumble away. In a place like this, vacuuming the floor (thoroughly) should be done daily.
And every now and then, I'll arrive at my usual 6:30am, only to find the door entry not working. Most of the time, I can hopefully catch the attention of someone inside and they'll let me in. but last month, no one was inside and several cars of people had to leave because we couldn't get in to the gym that is supposed to be open 24/7.

I’ve been a member of this gym since it’s opened! While it’s convenient because of its location, this gym knows it has NO competition so they never take care of it!
If any other gym would open in Valley that’s 24/7, I’d move membership there bc clearly this one isn’t 24/7 anymore and the owners don’t care as long as they make their money! If I could post the pictures of all the trash and over flowing trash cans here I would! This is the worst I’ve ever seen this gym and it’s getting worse...

I’ve sent emails. I’m currently not in the area to physically come and cancel which is why I’ve been trying to contact people via messages and phones. I don’t like leaving bad reviews which is why after several months and attempts to contact I decided to go ahead and proceed with leaving a bad review.
