Absolutely wonderful service and staff. I have been here before to purchase various items, have keys made, etc. However our last visit was above and beyond expectations. A bolt had come loose on my sister's walker and we needed a certain type of nut to secure it. The bolt on the other side of the walker was also loose. A staff member immediately came to help us to find the correct nut. Understanding our problem in being able to make the repairs ourselves he immediately fetched a couple of tools to make the repairs himself. While it only took a few minutes of his time it meant so much to us. We thanked him for his help. We also mentioned it to the staff at the front of the store and they responded that they are always willing to help....

I went to this Ace today looking for a water testing kit for my Water Softener. The man who helped me was absolutely WONDERFUL! He was so helpful and knew exactly what I needed. I was so impressed that I then asked about the Tick treatment I needed for my property. Again he went out of his way to find me what I needed and also had another associate assist. She was checking products on the internet as well as reading labels to get me exactly what I needed to effectively treat my yard! Not once did they seem bothered or that I was taking up too much of their time and the store was VERY busy! I will definitely be back to shop again! If you search online for a particular item, this ace will say they have it, you drive there and they dont have it. Probably not the fault of this particular ace but quite frustrating. The place is kind of a disorganized mess BUT the staff is very proactive in trying to be helpful.

Ive gone there 3 times due to the site saying this location had what i was looking for and 3 times they did not.
