Honeysuckle Rose Boutique — Local services in Van Alstyne

I placed an order and they shipped it to the wrong address. I actually checked on the tracking info last week and It was heading to the wrong address, which is located 3000 miles away from where I physically am based at. Reached out to customer service and they confirmed the package was sent to the right address. I was surprised by a notification that the item was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out again to the boutique and now they say that someone changed the address the day before I called them. I called Fedex and they confirmed the original address was wrong because that was THE SENDER stated was the shipping address. Now the boutique does not want to respond. Does not want to help recovering the package, replacing or refunding. Very rude and unprofessional....

Ordered shorts on a Monday. Paid for overnight fed ex shipping. Emailed when I hadn’t received on Wednesday. No response. Received a refund on Thursday. Emailed again to find out what happened to this order before I left a review - as I needed the item for Wednesday and no one bothered to reply at all. Wouldn’t recommend ordering online...
