Was lied to about promotion and am now stuck with an iPhone I was told was going to be free and now am left paying $1200 for phone. Called Van Wert store daily for 2 weeks and was constantly that the boss (Kendra) was looking into the issue but every time I called she was never in. Finally reached Kendra who stated that yes the promotion was just for some reason not applied to my account and she would apply it but their computers were down. I was satisfied with this resolution, although took a long time to accomplish. Now I receive notification of my bill and the promotion was still not applied. Tried calling the store multiple times and no one is answering the phones. Do not work with Gabrielle who is the individual who sold me this phone and I do not recommend this store at all. Hoping that this review will prompt someone to resolve my billing issue since they will not reach out to me or answer my calls. Today I was told Kendra would call me back at 10 am, and it is now 2:30 with still no call back (3rd time I’ve been told she will call me and never has). Said there would be a charge to transfer data. I expected this. Tried to transfer data and concluded that my brand new phone was defective and there wasn't anything they could do, because I didn't purchase the phone there.
