Had to send my package twice here all the way from Belgium. First one for a refit (My custom IEMS now fit perfectly!), second time for an in-warranty service. One of the ears suddenly stopped working.
Throughout all the procedures, the service and communication was extremely good. It's nice to have a company (that's grown big in a short amount of time!) that doesn't slack on customer care, communication and service. You're not dealt with automatic replies, but are helped by a human and cared for like a human. The customer service is also easy to contact and find, unlike many ""monopoly" companies these days.
Truly a gem of a company, which I will continue to support. Hopefully one day when I make it big on YT, I can become an affiliate for this lovely company. Thank you guys so...
Read moreImagine this... you pay $1000 for some great 64 IEMs...you use them and love them...you die, and pass them on to whomever.... 64 Audio WILL NOT refit them to the recipients ears no matter what you pay them. They are essentially garbage after the first persons use unless they magically fit.... Great sound, terrible business practice. EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: Thanks for the response. Wouldn't it make sense to be able to modify the current speakers and drivers to a new ear for say half the cost of new? Not allowing for this seems like you alienate a lot of potential new customers and turn a perfectly good set of IEMs into trash. I will never shop here now because of this. And imho there are just too many comparable options for musicians out there now to justify the price...
Read moreI've had a set of 64's quad driver custom molds for years now, and they have literally changed my life for playing live music. I just can't imagine playing shows now with regular monitor wedges, and having to use ear plugs. The audio fidelity is just amazing, and the noise reduction is so beneficial to my long-term ear health.
Also, to note: I had one of my cords stop working on my right side at a gig on a Friday night. I had more gigs coming the following week where I absolutely needed my IEMs. Being local, I drove to their warehouse in Vancouver and they were very nice and helpful and I was able to get a new cord and be on my way to my gig in less than 20 minutes.
