Absolutely delicious spirits! Came in with my wife and brother after hearing about this place from Doomsday Brewing as they had done a collab together. The owner was very friendly and gave us a tour of his warehouse where he kept some barrels. I learned a lot about the distilling process which is quite fascinating. We had some tasters of various whiskeys and vodka, and everything was delicious! Ended up leaving with a pint of Private Reserve and their Sherry Aged which was certainly the the best. Will definitely come back!

Took my husband here on Father’s Day weekend. What a treat! Randy is super entertaining! I’m sure he’s said the same spiel over and over, but it seemed like it was his very first time sharing. We learned all about his processes and a bunch of family stories that correspond to the spirits. He and his wife poured us samples after. It was HARD to decide which to take home! The only negative, it’s not for larger groups. It has a max capacity of 21.

Top shelf 100%. The owners are absolutely fantastic. We spent a hour in the shop getting to know the owner/distiller and his adorable dog Ginger. There is a lot of love and care put into their products and it shows. Loads of flavored liquors to choose from and the best part is that there is no sugar added. The shop is beautiful too. My boys and I couldn’t stop talking about the wonderful experience we had there. I can’t say enough good things.

We had gone to the Liquor Cabinet on the waterfront and they were promoting QMD - we were able to taste one of their gins and wanted to try more. When we found out the distillery was 15 minutes away, we called and Randy said they do tours and we were more than welcome to stop by. We were welcomed with a sheet of paper listing all their spirits and we were able to try 5 on the house! After our tasting, Randy took us out back to show us around. We've done a few distillery tours, but we've never had a personal tour! Randy loves what he does, and him and his family are good at it. We noticed on the bar top that there was a stout bottle. They have partnered with Doomsday Brewing. When we found out QMD couldn't sell it themselves but that the brewery was an additional 10 minutes away and still had some, we decided to go hunt it down. We plan to enjoy that bottle this weekend but have high hopes! (Also, Randy, we were talking about the maple syrup whisky being unavailable for tasting at the distillery - well, Doomsday had it and I was able to try it after all! It is delicious!) We walked away from QMD with a bottle of gin and will definitely keep these guys in mind for when we are in the Vancouver...

Randy hosted a spontaneous tour showcasing the entire product line. We had a great time discovering their private reserve spirits that are sourced from Washington grains. We tasted some of the best, Rye , Bourbon and Gin available . Far beyond the flavor profiles of commercial spirits . They do limited edition partnerships with local breweries as well. I recommend anyone in the Portland and Vancouver area to drop in, do some tasting and take home a bottle . Great for your own collection or a...
