Pretty terrible customer service. It’s very frustrating that even the manager of the store states “if you don’t like how we do things I will keep your furniture and you can take your business elsewhere because you financed with us I can keep the furniture.” Asking for a reasonable delivery date. Asking for a delivery window that allows me to pick up my children from school. The manager stated this is a family owned business but he definitely was not understanding. If you want to take your business anywhere I would not go here. It’s not right that you have to play hooky with your delivery and have to be treated poorly because you financed. The first delivery was hard to watch because I saw damage to my furniture but they already know you know it will be a hassle to swap it out. If you’re looking for quality you won’t find it here. If you’re looking for good prices or deals you won’t find it here either it was all pretty pricey. As hard as we all work these days it’s important that these businesses treat you with quality and value your service. Gabby assisted us there was definitely some miss communication in regard's to deals or what exactly comes with the deals we purchased. My children have been sleeping on the floor for weeks since we bought the furniture so we were trying to get their mattresses as soon as we could. We were not expecting the kind of experience we received from this place. I will never forget what the manager said to me though. Just to be clear. I had a delivery set and this company decided to not call me to tell me my delivery was skipped because they read my post. They also told me I do not fit with this company so they are just going to refund my money and I will not get my furniture. Unbelievable. I bought this furniture weeks ago. You bring business here and you’re supporting this businesses ethics and unprofessionalism. The response below by the store is a complete lie. I need to make very clear that his response is a flat out lie. He deliberately decided to not deliver my furniture. There was no yelling or any form of misbehavior on my part. My family is all aware. Good thing I recorded every call and every communication because this company needs to be responsible. I will see them in court in front of a Judge and we will see if I actually yelled. Your version of events on the delivery of my furniture is laughable. •The door frame, even with the retractable screen (not security screen) is over 31 inches, not 28. •The paint was scratched up and down the door jamb and was NOT caused by me. I did not help them “shove it through the door,” I held the cushion down to try to make it short enough to fit. •You never “explained that … the team didn't think it would fit.” •The member of your crew you sent out to repaint the door, had no idea how to prep for paint work, which is why I sent him away.
I don’t believe that the customer is always right, but in this case I am. You obviously believed the word of your delivery team who caused the damage and not the word of your customer.
Original post: After 40+ years of buying furniture, this was far and away the worst experience I’ve ever had. • The salesman did his job, and that was the best part • Waited 6 months for delivery, which was better than expected. • The delivery people used foul language and ended up scratching up my door frame, then left without saying anything. • They sent someone to repair the the damage done and he was so incompetent that we sent him away and fixed it ourselves. • There was a manufacturing defect, and we had to order a new cushion. We were told that it would be 4 to 5 weeks, and over 2 months later I called. It was sent to the wrong location and sat there for over a month by the time I called and they realized the mistake. I called again to pick it up the next day when they said it would be there and the guy said he’d check and call me back. He didn’t. I finally got the cushion and though it wasn’t how we were told it would be, we put it in the fabric and we FINALLY have the couch we ordered free of defects.

I hope people will read these reviews before they buy, unlike me. I wanted a new recliner and found one here. I had it delivered to my house, but when it showed up it was extremely dirty, the right arm looked like it had been used many times, as it had a huge indent where an elbow would go, and it was frayed on the corners. Overall, it looked very used and gross. I paid for a NEW chair, therefore I was under the impression that that was what I would receive.
When I called them back up to ask for them to come and get it and replace it with an ACTUAL new chair, I told them that it looked like they just took this one off the show floor. The reply I got stunned me. He said, "Oh, well that's what we do. We deliver the show floor model. I thought you knew that."
This seems extremely shady to me, as I am paying the FULL price for a NEW recliner, yet they are going to try to give me one that probably hundreds of people have tested out and sat in... Hmm......
They ended up picking the chair up and replacing it with a brand new one, as I should have received in the first place, but it took 3 weeks to get it. Do not shop here!! I bought a couch from them a few years ago and thought I'd learned my lesson when I got it home and one of the cushions looked like someone spilled glue all over it-...
