Very friendly and professional even if the job proved impossible.

I have an ANCIENT Apple ][ CRT monitor that has a connector on the back that is loose. Jeremey gave it the college try (but dealing with CRT guts are literally deadly) and we decided it wasn't worth the risk after disassembling things and discovering the connector mounting is in an impossible to get to location.
